Breedlove is taking things back to what matters most with its Roots Series Dreadnought. As the entry point for the entire line, this series blends minimalist styling with high-quality tonewoods and Breedlove’s celebrated handbuilt approach, resulting in a guitar that effortlessly melds playability, tone, and no-frills elegance. Combining a rich Sitka spruce top with a mahogany back and sides, and Breedlove’s proprietary Sound Optimization process, the Roots Dreadnought offers a bold voice with a warm, focused midrange and punchy dynamic character. The mahogany neck features a Slim V profile with a deeper curve tailored to the larger body shape, paired with a sleek ebony fretboard for effortless movement.
