TC Helicon Releases the TalkBox Synth

TC Helicon Releases the TalkBox Synth

The pedal offers both classic “singing guitar” talk-box effects and modern “robotic” vocoder sounds.

Risskov, Denmark (May 30, 2017) -- TC Helicon has revitalized the classically cool Talk Box with their latest stomp box TalkBox Synth. The pedal offers both classic “singing guitar” talk-box effects and modern “robotic” vocoder sounds, with its four synth styles.

Using the same solid metal construction as the rest of TC Helicon’s stomp box line, the pedal can be used with an electric guitar.

No Hose

Improving on the classic Talk Box, TalkBox Synth doesn’t require a plastic hose. You simply vocalize the sounds you want your guitar to make directly into a microphone while you play. It's fast and much simpler to set up than the original.

Stylish Synth

The onboard synthesizer features 4 Synth styles that follow your single note electric guitar licks to create realistic synth performances that emulate a skilled keyboardist.

Feedback fighting

For best clarity and to minimize feedback, TalkBox Synth outputs to your PA not a guitar amp. This means you can avoid sending a mic signal through the amp behind you, which can result in feedback.

Improved vocals

While TalkBox Synth’s main effects are guitar focused, it has Adaptive Tone, Pitch Correction and Reverb to ensure that your vocals sound fantastic when the main effects are not in use.
