Toronto, Canda (June 12, 2009) -- The prototype of the Eastwood Joey Leone Limited Edition guitar was unveiled at the Musikmesse show in Germany to raving reviews and now 50 copies
Each of the 50 collector editions has a unique serial number and is loaded with features. The three custom coil tapped Humbuckers combined with the switching system create 27 different and totally usable tones.
Additional features include: a center-blocked hollowbody, a flame maple top, back and sides, a luxurious one piece set mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, a Tune-O-Matic Bridge, Stop Tail and volume and tone controls. The custom headstock with it’s giant inlayed “E” logo features a set of Grover Imperial Tuners.
President and founder of Eastwood Guitars Mike Robinson said Joey set out to design a single guitar that could create the tones of a Strat, Tele, Les Paul and a 335. For more info and to check out sound and video samples, visit eastwoodguitars.com.
