Jon Lewton - 1959 Fender Strat
Lewton's guitar is a late '59 Strat with Brazilian rosewood fretboard, birdseye maple neck, mint pickguard and gold hardware. All pickups are early '59 features with North-South polarity, no neck date (common with '59s) and 12/59 body date. Says Jon, "HUGE, fat sounding pickups, especially through my '66 Super Reverb. All original, but refretted and added bone nut."
