Several years ago, Taylor switched from Teles to Les Pauls, searching for some fresh inspiration. Obviously, she’s mostly switched back, but only after playing the classic Gibson model on the stage and in the studio for several years, digging up new tones and upping her melodic soloing game in the process. You can hear this Les Paul on the Zep-inspired “I’ve Been Loving You Too Long,” from her new album Reckless Heart.
