Grace Design has developed a reputation for designing studio-quality acoustic preamps that are as rock solid as they are useful. They took the circuit the developed in the much larger FELiX and shrunk it down for the BiX. It's a dead-simple, single-channel preamp with high and low shelving EQ and a 10dB boost. It sounded full and rich and will sure be a lifesaver for many guitarists due to the $299 price tag.
