Option 5 Unveils Destination Square Tone Fuzz Pedal

The long awaited addition to Option 5’s pedal line-up is finally here in the form of a caution yellow trapezoid stomp box with four knobs.

Mishwawka, IN (March 21, 2013) -- The long awaited addition to Option 5’s pedal line-up is finally here in the form of a caution yellow trapezoid stomp box with four knobs. Official release date is March 27 th.

The Destination Square Tone was born out of love for classic fuzz pedals. Wanting to avoid the obvious pitfalls of old technology and the crankiness of hard to find germanium transistors, Jay set out to design a fuzz pedal that delivers consistent, uncompromising tones. He also wanted to make a pedal that looked nothing like the current Option 5 pedals. That pedal has definitely arrived in the Destination Square Tone.

The Destination Square Tone is priced at $199.95 and can be purchased through many fine dealers worldwide.

Specs:

  • Classic fuzz tones from smooth and buttery to rubber-bandy, spit and sputter chaos
  • Repeatable and consistent classic fuzz tone
  • Runs on DC or battery – also has SAG control for dead battery feel
  • True bypass and hand crafted in the USA
