Jerry Cantrell & Epiphone Announce Two Special Edition Guitars

Alice in Chains' Jerry Cantrell launches his partnership with Epiphone introducing the “Wino” Les Paul Custom and the Les Paul Custom Prophecy electric guitars.


Jerry Cantrell and Epiphone worked closely together to bring to life his beloved and renowned Les Paul Custom “Wino” guitar, while the new Les Paul Custom Prophecy is a modern collaboration. The new Epiphone Jerry Cantrell “Wino” Les Paul Custom is inspired by Jerry’s own Gibson Les Paul Custom and features a stunning Dark Wine Red finish. The Jerry Cantrell Les Paul Custom Prophecy comes in a Bone White finish and represents the perfect blend of modern and traditional features. The Epiphone Jerry Cantrell “Wino,” and “Les Paul Custom Prophecy are made to Cantrell’s specifications with his personal touches throughout.

Jerry Cantrell recently released his new album Brighten. Co-produced by musician and composer Tyler Bates, and long-time engineer Paul Fig, Brighten features a diverse group of music luminaries including Duff McKagan, Greg Puciato, as well as drummers Gil Sharone and Abe Laboriel Jr. Additional supporting players include pedal steel master Michael Rozon, Vincent Jones on piano, Wurlitzer and organ, Jordan Lewis on piano, Matias Ambrogi-Torres on strings, and Lola Bates on additional backing vocals.
