Seventy-five years later, that spirit lives on in the 75th Anniversary American Vintage II 1951 Nocaster — a meticulous tribute to one of the most storied instruments ever made.

In 1951, caught between the end of the "Broadcaster" name and the dawn of the "Telecaster," Fender shipped guitars with no model name on the headstock at all — and a legend was born. Informed by a telegram from Gretsch that the “Broadkaster” name had been registered for a drum kit, Fender began clipping the “Broadcaster” name from headstock decals until the new Telecaster decals were delivered. Seventy-five years later, the legend lives on in the 75th Anniversary American Vintage II 1951 Nocaster — a meticulous tribute to one of the most storied instruments ever made.
