Korg Announces the Sledgehammer Custom 100

The tuner runs for approximately 100 hours using only one AAA battery.

Melville, NY (April 6, 2016) -- The "Custom Shop" designation to any tuner represents Korg’s highest levels of technology and professional high precision tuning with an accuracy of ±0.1 cents. The Sledgehammer Custom 100 is the ultimate high-spec clip-on tuner with an amazing battery life of approximately 100 hours using only one AAA battery. The easy-to-use shuttle switch is now equipped with an illuminated shuttle light, while the 3D visual meter offers improved visibility.

The Sledgehammer Custom 100 firmly adheres to a variety of guitar and bass headstocks and its double mechanism of a movable arm and ball joint simultaneously provide both durability and free range of angle settings, providing players with the flexibility to position the tuner wherever they need. The clip’s firm grasp is designed to make the connection to the guitar as efficient as possible.

Users can choose from three meter display modes: Regular mode,” “Strobe mode,” or “Half-strobe mode” to suit their playing style.

Available in May of 2016 for $39.99 in standard black, the Sledgehammer Custom 100 will also be available in limited quantities in vivid red, bright blue, or sophisticated white.
