De Lisle Guitar Unveils 35P Amp

de Lisle introduce their newest amp--the 35P loaded with EF86/12AX7/6L6 tubes

Zionsville, IN (February 17, 2011) -- The de Lisle 35P was designed to cover a broad tonal range. The pre-amp features de Lisle's signature arrangement, an EF86 fronted by a 12AX7. A modified James-style tone stack grants the player significant control over the amp’s character allowing it to cover a wide range of musical styles. The Volume and Master controls set the gain structure and output level of the amp with help from the Boost switch at the input stage. The Expanded Control Panel option adds even more variety: a Contour control, individual gain controls for the EF86 and 12AX7 stages, pentode-triode switching for the EF86, and a switched Presence circuit.

In push-pull mode, the 35P pumps out 35 watts of power from a pair of cathode biased 6L6-GCs. Output can also be dropped down to 12 watts in the harmonically rich single-ended setting.

An American made 12" Eminence Wizard speaker is mounted to a birch ply baffle and housed in a solid pine cabinet. The pine planks are secured with dovetail joinery and finished off with a TV front. A classy cream and brown color scheme covers the cabinet and baffle in its standard configuration, but other color options are available.

The 35P is hand-wired and built in Indiana to each customer’s specifications. Options include: tolex and grill changes, tube reverb, tube tremolo, tube buffered loop with series and parallel operation, expanded control panel and many more.

The de Lisle 35P is a versatile, professional piece of gear, backed by a life-time warranty and offered at a price that many players can afford.

Prices start at $1,199.00 for the head configuration and $1,349.00 for combos.
