When we stopped by the NAMM booth for famed metal-amp maker Fortin Amplification to find out about all their new stuff, we caught them right before a demo was about to begin. So unfortunately we weren’t able to get much more info than the fact that they’ve got a new EL34-powered head called the Cali, miniature versions of their famed Zuul noise gate and Grind boost (bottom left), and a signature Blade distortion pedal (bottom right, in the middle, $225 street) that they developed with Whitechapel’s Zach Householder, Alex Wade, and Ben Savage.
