Trbovich admits to recently being enamored with Telecasters because this 1974 Fender model. It was used on a lot of the band’s recent albums, Wakin on a Pretty Daze and b’lieve I’m going down…. He augmented the guitar’s original bridge saddles with Callahan ones for better intonation. When he bought the guitar the neck pickup was dead so he replaced it with a Seymour Duncan Antiquity Tele single-coil. Both guitars are strung up with Ernie Ball Slinkys (.010–.046.).
