Molln, Austria (March 22, 2019) -- Songbird FX has just released their new series of Birdcord voltage converter cables. Plug them into any USB port and they will generate an output voltage of either 6 Volt, 9 Volt, 12 Volt, or 18 Volt.

Features:

  • Converts 5V USB to either 6V, 9V, 12V, or 18V DC Voltage There‘s 4 different versions of the Birdcord. Each has a highly efficient voltage converter circuit hidden inside the USB plug.
  • Compatible with Effects Pedals, Keyboards, Amplifiers, and More The Birdcords can power all different kinds of musical devices with a DC jack on the back and a power draw of less than 9 Watts. That‘s basically all devices that run off batteries and many more!
  • Play Your Music Outside! In combination with an ordinary USB power bank, the Birdcords give you many hours of grid-independent and noise-free power. No more one-way batteries! No more hum, buzz, and hiss!

Strymon calls the BigSky MX pedal “one reverb to rule them all.” Yep, that’s a riff on something we’ve heard before, but in this case it might be hard to argue. In updating what was already one of the market’s most comprehensive and versatile reverbs, Strymon has created a reverb pedal that will take some players a lifetime to fully explore. That process is likely to be tons of fun, too.
