Tim Reede Custom Guitars Introduces the Apollo

The Apollo sports a chambered body, Bigsby trem, and Lollar mini humbuckers.

Minneapolis, MN (September 25, 2014) -- After ten years in business, Tim Reede Custom Guitars has built a reputation for fine boutique acoustic guitars, but he has always had one foot in the electric guitar arena. Tim Reede now introduces a new electric guitar to his diverse line of hand crafted instruments. The Apollo is a chambered body electric guitar with a carved Alder top and back. The "C" shape Rock Maple neck has a 25.5” scale length. Cream binding wraps the body and the Rosewood fingerboard’s 22 jumbo frets. The honey burst paint job and the Bigsby tremolo give a nod to guitars of the past while the Gotoh 510 tuning machines, snake-head headstock and stylized sound holes give this guitar a distinct modern look. Lollar mini humbuckers give crisp clarity without any noise at all. As always, you can order custom features, so if you want a quilted Maple top or gold hardware just let us know.

Street price starts at $3129
