Grez Guitars Debuts the Mendocino Baritone

The semi-hollow model features a 28.5" scale, ebony fretboard, and Lollar pickups.

Petaluma, CA (May 14, 2018) -- Grez Guitars announces the release of a 28.5”scale baritone version of the Mendocino semi-hollowbody guitar. Barry Grzebik, Luthier and owner of Grez Guitars, will be showcasing the Mendocino Baritone at Summer NAMM, booth 1620 in June 28-30th.

“Following the successful launch last year of the Mendocino production model, the baritone version is a great addition and really starts to build a “line” of production guitars for us. The lively and wide ranging tone of the Mendocino lends itself well to the extended range of a baritone instrument,” remarks Barry Grzebik.

The Mendocino Baritone’s bold voice comes from its semi-hollow design, acoustic guitar grade, Old Growth Redwood top and one piece Honduran Mahogany blanks used for the neck and body.

Available in Black and Natural, with and without a Bigsby, these options will also be available on the standard Mendocino. Customized versions can be produced with delivery times as little as 30 days.

Street Price, $2,800.
