ToadWorks Introduces the Barracuda MKII Stereo Analog Flanger Pedal

Updates to the Barracuda flanger include bold new artwork, lower noise floor, increased headroom, and ToadWorks'' exclusive ''True-Stereo'' output.

Spokane, WA (July 24, 2012) – ToadWorks USA is pleased to announce a major overhaul to the Barracuda Analog Flanger.

Building on the platform hailed by such guitar luminaries as Eric Johnson and Howard Leese, the ToadWorks design team has improved one of the most popular boutique flangers. Updates to the Barracuda flanger include bold new artwork, lower noise floor, increased headroom, and ToadWorks' exclusive 'True-Stereo' output, as well as an optional alternate-regeneration path switch (ARPS).

Originally two years in development, Barracuda is the only production effect pedal to accurately reproduce the sound of the custom-built flanger heard on the 1977 Heart classic. Working closely with Howard Leese and using modern components, ToadWorks has designed Barracuda MKII to Howard's exacting standards, including a conversion to 9V DC and improved noise floor. With the addition of an effect depth control, expression pedal input for manual sweep and stereo output, ToadWorks Barracuda blows the competition out of the water.
