Yorkshire, England (January 18, 2012) – The Diago Commuter softcase pedalboard is designed for guitarists who want a lightweight, portable alternative to hard boards.

The case is compact at just 49 x 26 x 8cm, (19.25" x 10.25" x 8.25"), lightweight at only 1.8kg, and can hold up to 10 pedals, plus a power supply.

It features a 12mm (1/2 inch) thick HDF board, with a satin black coating and six rubber pads for high rigidity and balanced weight distribution. The board can be taken out of the carrying case and carried about on stage with the built-in handle.

The Diago carry case is made of a dense EPE foam shell and a hard-wearing 600 denier fabric covering for both impact and scratch resistance. It has a deep pocket with zip closure for storing your cables and other accessories.  Each case comes with 2m of self-adhesive pedal tape.

The Commuter retails with a USA MSRP of $69.99.

Diago Pedal Risers are small platforms for raising pedals in your pedal board, to make the foot switches easy to access.

At 125 x 70 x 26mm (5" x 2.75" x 1") they are roughly the same footprint as many compact effects, so they're perfect to raise individual pedals.  It's also possible to build larger platforms, or a full width shelf to raise the entire back row of pedals, just by placing them into your pedal board.

Constructed from black powercoated 2mm (14 gauge) formed steel, they are strong enough to hold any persons body weight with ease.  They are pre-covered with the same velcro that is used on Diago pedal boards - the top with loop material and the feet with hook material, so that you can use them right away.

At 26mm (1") tall, they're high enough to make pedals more accesible, but low enough to still be able to close the lid of a Diago pedal board with most pedal types mounted on the risers.  The space underneath is also convenient for tidy cable routing.

Pedal Risers retail with a USA MSRP of $8.00.

Diago introduces the Patchfactory solderless guitar patch cable system.

Diago Patchfactory allows you to create your own custom length patch cables without needing any specialist tools or skills.  The system offers first class connection reliability, the smallest solderless plug heads and the most transparent signal transfer available.

High precision manufacturing of both the plugs and cable means that everything fits snugly together, and super fine threads and a tightening slot in the plug cap result in strong, reliable connections.

At only 11mm (7/16") in both profile and diameter, Patchfactory has the tiniest solderless plugs heads available, giving the maximum possible amount of pedalboard real estate.  Patchfactory cable is designed specifically for pedalboard use and the relatively small 4.2mm (0.165") diameter coupled with a durable PVC jacket allows cables to be moulded to exactly where you want it around your pedalboard.

At 30pF per foot (100pF per metre), the super low-capacitance Patchfactory cable is at the sweet-spot for guitar.  It offers faithful reproduction of your guitar signal and prevents the treble roll-off and muddiness often found from poor quality cable.

Patchfactory will be on show at the NAMM Show next week, at booth number 5868, Hall B and will be shipping immediately after.  The USA MSRP for a kit with 10 plugs / 10 foot of cable is $90.00.  Plugs are $7.50 each and the cable is $2.50 per foot.
