ENGL Amplification Introduces the New Powerball II E645/2 at 2010 NAMM Show

Engl upgrades the Powerball with enhanced tone and controls

Anaheim, CA (January 14, 2010) -- Engl has unveiled the new Powerball II at the 2010 NAMM Show in Anaheim. Here's what they have to say about the amp:

The new ENGL Powerball II offers more tone, more control, and more options than ever before!
Separate Gain controls for each channel, a remote controllable, switchable FX Loop, a Middle-boosted sound option, and a new improved tube monitoring system make it the most versatile and sophisticated Powerball.

New features on the rear panel include an ENGL S.A.C. Port to accept the custom Z9 allowing more controllability via footswitch. Also, both the Noise Gate and F.X. Loop Send & Return are accessible via footswitch (On/Off).

With 100 Watts of pure 6L6 power amp fury, the new Powerball II delivers more tonal options for a wider variety of musical styles.
The Powerball II carries an MSRP of $2678 and will Street around $2149.
