Clifton, NJ (January 10, 2012) -- Fuchs Audio Technology announces the Jersey Lightning designed for guitarists. Built to the same standards of all Fuchs pedals, Jersey Lightning provides buffering, gain boost and a three position EQ selector allowing for three different highƂĀ frequency boost ranges in a small footprint enclosure. Controlled by two simple knobs: gain and boost and designed to be a modern Rangemaster style pedal, the pedal features low noise FET circuitry, true-bypass switching, premium jacks and passive components throughout, and like all Plush pedals it has a baked on silk screen and a powder coated finish and a 5 year warranty.

The Jersey Lightening is available for $ 179.95.

The Pedal Pusher is a unique pedal featuring two fully separate active low noise FET circuits, the Pedal Pusher can also be used with a single pedal or pedal board and acts as an input buffer and boost, as well as an output buffer and booster. This pedal allows a pedal board to be driven by a clean low impedance signal to increase the performance of overdrive and distortion pedals and reduce noise and the effect of pedal board wiring, jacks and connectors. Each gain stage has its own level control, which is bypassed by a footswitch allowing a preset boost for soloing. On both the input and output ends the Pedal Pusher provides a low impedance buffered output with a footswitch activated solo boost. This allows long cable runs without losses in tone, and a boost to drive amp input stages harder. The Pedal Pusher can also be used as a series effects loop for amps with passive loops, with separate send and return level controls, a high impedance input (1-meg) and a low impedance output (1-K). The Pedal Pusher features premium jacks and passive components throughout, and like all Plush pedals it has a baked on silk screen and a powder coated finish and a 5 year warranty.

The Pedal Pusher is available for $ 249.95.

Keith Urbanā€™s first instrument was a ukulele at age 4. When he started learning guitar two years later, he complained that it made his fingers hurt. Eventually, he came around. As did the world.

Throughout his over-30-year career, Keith Urban has been known more as a songwriter than a guitarist. Here, he shares about his new release, High, and sheds light on all that went into the path that led him to becoming one of todayā€™s most celebrated country artists.

There are superstars of country and rock, chart-toppers, and guitar heroes. Then thereā€™s Keith Urban. His two dozen No. 1 singles and boatloads of awards may not eclipse George Strait or Garth Brooks, but heā€™s steadily transcending the notion of what it means to be a country star.

Gibson originally launched the EB-6 model with the intention of serving consumers looking for a ā€œtic-tacā€ bass sound.

You may know the Gibson EB-6, but what you may not know is that its first iteration looked nothing like its latest.

When many guitarists first encounter Gibsonā€™s EB-6, a rare, vintage 6-string bass, they assume it must be a response to the Fender Bass VI. And manyEB-6 basses sport an SG-style body shape, so they do look exceedingly modern. (Itā€™s easy to imagine a stoner-rock or doom-metal band keeping one amid an arsenal of Dunables and EGCs.) But the earliest EB-6 basses didnā€™t look anything like SGs, and they arrived a full year before the more famous Fender.
