Jensen Speakers Introduces the Jet Raptor

A 100-watt speaker with a ceramic magnet designed to create definition in the midrange.

Anaheim, CA (December 18, 2017) -- The Jensen Jet Raptor is a powerful speaker with smooth and warm sound. It has excellent definition in the upper midrange. When presented with overdrive distortion, it exhibits a silky, full sounding lead tone.

The Raptor’s 100 watts of power and its ceramic magnet make it a real workhorse. As with all the Jensen Jet’s, it offers modern tone for the modern player.

Jensen works very closely with musician and engineers to create speakers that are the most efficient and tone pleasing in the industry.

The Raptor will be available in the Spring of 2018.

Visit the Jensen Booth (#5133) at the 2018 NAMM show to demo the Raptor and all the extremely popular Jensen Tornado stealth speakers.

If you only pay casual attention to Reverend guitars, it’s easy to overlook how different their instruments can be. Some of that may be due to the way Reverends look. There are longstanding styling themes and strong family likenesses among models that can make differentiation a challenge for uninitiated guitar spotters. For instance, the Flatroc reviewed here has more or less the same body as the Charger, Buckshot, and Double Agent OG (which has an entirely different body than the more Jazzmaster-like Double Agent W). If you don’t have an experienced Reverend enthusiast at your side, it can all be a bit mind bending.
