Port City Amps Releases the Pearl Combo with Reverb

Port City adds reverb to the pure, rich and dynamic clean tone of their Pearl model.

Winston-Salem, NC (April 27, 2012) – Port City Amplifiers is happy to offer the Pearl with reverb. Many players today rely on pedals to achieve their overdriven tone. In that case what is needed is a pure, rich and dynamic clean tone to lay the foundation.

The Pearl Combo is perfect for those tight stages measuring only 24″ W x 20″ T x 9″ D. Finally, there is the perfect option for a simple, clean, mid-wattage guitar amp with reverb all in a cabinet that doesn't require a roadie.

Features:
• Volume, treble, middle and bass controls
• Bright switch
• 2 - 6L6 power tubes (JJ)
• 5 – JJ preamp tubes
• 50 watts
• GZ 34 rectifier tube
• Tube driven reverb

The Port City Pearl is handmade in North Carolina using only the highest quality components such as Mojo Dijon capacitors, carbon film resistors, custom USA made transformers, PVC coated copper wire and Switchcraft jacks. The Pearl head enclosure is crafted from ¼" inch finger jointed solid pine.
