Washburn Guitars Announces Expansion of Comfort Series

Crafted with premium materials, all three make excellent recording or travel guitars.

Buffalo Grove, IL (January 22, 2015) -- Washburn Guitars is happy to announce the expansion of the extremely popular Comfort Series with the addition of three new 3/4 size guitars. The new guitars sound much larger and far more musical than their smaller size would lead you to believe. Crafted with premium materials, all three make excellent recording or travel guitars.

The WCDM15SK and WCDM25SK are 3/4 size, satin finished, dreadnought style acoustic guitars with a solid spruce tops. The rosewood capped headstock features a maple inlaid Washburn logo and stylized W as well as gold tuners with ebonite buttons. The gorgeous rosette is made of alternating maple and mahogany. The WCDM15SK features mahogany back and sides and the WCDM25SK features rosewood back and sides.

Both models are strung with D’Addario strings and come with gigbags. Suggested Retail Prices: WCDM15SK - $712.90, WCDM25SK - $819.90.

This four-in-one effects box is a one-stop shop for Frusciante fans, but it’s also loaded with classic-rock swagger.

Great, lively preamp sounds. Combines two modulation flavors with big personalities. One-stop shop for classic-rock tones. Good value.

Big. Preamp can’t be disengaged. At some settings, flanger effect leaves a little to be desired.
