McSwain Guitars Debuts Fear and Loathing Model

A collaboration that features original art from Ralph Steadman.

Portland, OR (December 8, 2017) -- McSwain Guitars will introduce a production line of its custom “Fear and Loathing” guitars featuring original art from Ralph Steadman.

“We had the great fortune to collaborate with Mr. Steadman to produce a series of guitars incorporating original art from Mr. Steadman along with a selection of iconic images from his Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas artwork,” said Stephen McSwain, Founder of McSwain Guitars. “We created the original Fear and Loathing design with Mr. Steadman as a custom build for a well-known artist and we are now excited to introduce a limited-run production line available for dealer distribution and direct purchase.”

In addition to showcasing the new Fear and Loathing series, the company plans to provide a hands-on display of its latest models and designs as an exhibitor in NAMM’s newly introduced Boutique Guitar Showcase, including its signature Red, White & Bullets model that Guitarist Magazine describes as “a genuine piece of guitar craft….jaws hit the floor upon seeing it.”

McSwain Guitars will be at the NAMM show in Anaheim, January 25-28 2018 as part of the Boutique Guitar Showcase centrally located in Hall D.
