Walrus Audio Unveils the Monument Harmonic Tap Tremolo V2

A smaller form factor with new features like assignable expression control and rate ramp up.

Oklahoma City, OK (March 18, 2019) -- Announced at Winter NAMM with the Lillian Phaser and Deep Six V3, Walrus continues to update and evolve with customer feedback and is happy to release the Monument Harmonic Tap Tremolo in a smaller form factor with new features, like assignable expression control and rate ramp up.

Changes to the V2 are as follows:

  • Converted to smaller enclosure.
  • Expanded capability of side jack: now supports external tempo or can function as expression control over Rate, Depth, Shape, or Tap Multiplier and is assignable on the fly.
  • Improved tremolo response across all rates.
  • Top mounted jacks.

The favorite features of the original are still on board like selectable harmonic or standard tremolo, five different available wave shapes, and four tap divisions are available to the player.

The Monument comes in a “Sunburst” enclosure with artwork by Chris Castro. The die-cast enclosure’s exact size is 4.77” x 2.6” x 1.39””. Power requirements are 9VDC, center negative (100mA minimum).

Walrus Audio is offering The Monument V2 for a retail price of $199 and is available now at walrusaudio.com and with our authorized dealers.
