For amplifying his guitars, Laasko goes with an early ’70s Marshall Super Bass that has been converted to a Super Lead. He was told by the person that he bought the amp from that Marshall wasn’t allowed to sell Super Bass amps after a certain point, so it was sent back to the shop so it could be re-housed as the Super Lead it is today.
