Rig Rundown: Nine Inch Nails

Robin Finck and Alessandro Cortini create the perfect drug for NIN fans with a bevy of heavy-hitting custom guitars and basses and a high-tech hybrid setup that marries digital with analog.

All of Alessandro Cortini’s instruments are black, including his Ibanez Talman. He strings his Ibanez guitars up with .009–.042 Ernie Ball Cobalt Super Slinky strings, and his Fenders have .010–.046 sets. Cortini uses black Dunlop Flow .88 picks.
