Revv Amps Announces the Generator 100P

A two-channel head with independent EQ controls, variable wattage, and full MIDI functionality.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (December 18, 2017) -- Revv Amplification are back with their latest creation, the Generator 100P. After many customer requests to bridge the gap between their 4-channel flagship Generator 120 and 7-40 lunchbox head, the even more aggressive 100P is designed for both regular performers and home musicians alike.

Playing a melody or solo with a “drone” means playing over just one note or, in some instances, one chord. Besides playing without any harmonic accompaniment, it is about as simple a concept as one can image, which also means the possibilities are endless. We’ll look at ways to use drones in a variety of contexts, from ancient to contemporary, blues to metal, traditional to experimental.
