Rig Rundown: Bon Jovi

We go over the semi-filling, arena-rocking loads of gear that John Shanks, Phil X, and Hugh McDonald brought on the road to support This House Is Not for Sale.

This is an extra-special Fender Custom Shop Strat from 1996 because it was built by John Suhr—now the head honcho at Suhr Guitars—and one of the company’s first forays into relic’ing. Another cool thing about this Strat is that it features handwound pickups that Suhr originally built and designed for Jeff Beck.
