Rig Rundown: Cedric Burnside

A true lion of Mississippi hill-country blues continues paving his family’s legacy with a no-nonsense setup.

Burnside’s main guitar was built by Mike Aronson of Aronson Custom Guitars. This LP-inspired build features a mahogany body and neck, Aronson P-90-ish pickups, and knobs built from amber. Burnside usually plays with his fingers and prefers brass slides.
