Irons uses a Kemper Profiling Amplifier live, and all of his profiles are Fender Bassman sounds. Irons is used to playing Marshalls, so he’s currently trying a real-amp approach with only boost, clean, and dirty profiles. “The Kempers can do so much more than that, but I’m still adapting to using them, so I’m going for a basic thing right now.”
