Taylor Guitars’ master designer and V-Class bracing system architect shows off the company’s latest slope-shoulder dread.

Andy Powers, the master designer at Taylor Guitars and the architect of their V-Class bracing system, takes a new Grand Pacific 317 through its paces in this demo video. The 317, featuring Taylor’s new round-shoulder dreadnought body shape, includes a solid Sitka spruce top paired with sapele back and sides for a warm, seasoned tone with plenty of volume and sustain thanks to V-Class bracing.
