Godin Guitars Launches the Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe

The new model offers an acoustic sound from the bridge saddles and the possibility to blend the Lyric mic.

Montreal, QC (October 23, 2020) -- Godin Guitars is proud to announce the launch of a new model as part of the longstanding and reputable Multiac Series: the Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe!

The Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe offers a degree of sophistication and performance like no other in the realm of modern nylon guitars. This guitar represents a truly visionary Godin design, along with the culmination of a close collaboration with LR Baggs to develop a truly cutting-edge Custom Voiced preamp system. The Grand Concert Deluxe offers an acoustic sound from the bridge saddles that is crisp and clear, and the possibility to blend the Lyric mic for a tone that is pristine and able to capture the most musical and airy subtleties within the notes. Not to mention, the Lyric Mic allows the guitar’s top to come to life for highly touch-sensitive percussive tapping and rhythms; perfect for Flamenco and all other flamboyant nylon-playing styles.

Much like other Multiac models, the Deluxe provides a uniquely chambered design that is free of feedback, which enables the player to play freely and in control—even in the noisiest live environments.

Other notable key features include a Two-Chambered Solid Mahogany Body, Pressure Tested Solid Cedar Top, Richlite Bridge and Fretboard, a 2-inch Graphtech™ Nut, and a shimmering High-Gloss Natural Finish. The Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe; for music that is above and beyond the ordinary.

Although inspired by the classic Fuzz Face, this stomp brings more to the hair-growth game with wide-ranging bias and low-cut controls.

One-ups the Fuzz Face in tonal versatility and pure, sustained filth, with the ability to preserve most of the natural sonic thumbprint of your guitar or take your tone to lower, delightfully nasty places.

Pushing the bias hard can create compromising note decay. Difficult to control at extreme settings.

Intrepid knob-tweakers can blend between ring mod and frequency shifting and shoot for the stars.

Unique, bold, and daring sounds great for guitarists and producers. For how complex it is, it’s easy to find your way around.

Players who don’t have the time to invest might find the scope of this pedal intimidating.
