Tsakalis AudioWorks Introduces the Experience Fuzz Octave

A dual-channel effect that goes after classic tones from the '70s.

Athens, Greece (December 13, 2016) -- We are extremely excited to announce the new ā€œExperienceā€ fuzz octave pedal!

The Experience is a unique fuzz octave pedal that was created to revive the sounds of the '70s with a modern attitude.

It features two stand alone channels (fuzz and octave) which can be used individually or together, offering a wide range of dirty goodness.

The octave channel produces a classic and easy to manipulate octave up effect, enhancing your tone with ringing octaves and a microphonic feedback at the end of every note. It features separate vol and tone controls for a wide range of colours.

The fuzz channel was designed to produce a wide range of tones. From mild and creamy overdrive and classic fuzzy tones, all the way to heavily distorted goodness with sub octaves, similar to trombone and analogue synth! Equipped with two vintage silicon transistors combined with fet clipping for richness and detail and four controls (gain, tone, volume and damage with which you can adjust the type of distortion).

The combination of the two channels is were the real fun begins! Infinite tonal possibilities await for you to create your signature sound!

The Miku was introduced about 10 years ago and is based on the vocal stylings of Hatsune Miku, a virtual pop icon. But it does much more than artificial vowels and high-pitched words.

It’s tempting to think of this pedal as a joke. Don’t.

It all started a few years ago through a trade with a friend. I just wanted to help him out—he really wanted to get a fuzz pedal but didn’t have enough cash, so he offered up the Korg Miku. I had no idea then, but it turned out to be the best trade I’ve ever made.
