Here’s Andrews letting his fingers do the talking with his early ’80s Fender American Standard Telecaster. Here’s what he had to say about his longtime friend: “There's an electronics pocket routed in the back that remains empty that it mellows the tone as a result of the absent wood. I put Fender vintage noiseless pickups in a couple years ago, but I'm considering going to something louder in the near future. My baby has been beaten up her whole life, re-fretted many times, stolen and returned.”
