Rig Rundown: Lindsay Ell

The rising country star reveals which legendary picker recently built her a "Mary Kaye" Strat clone, as well as why she started painting guitars.

Betty Van Halen #2 is a Fender American Professional Strat featuring two Tim Shaw-designed V-Mod single-coil pickups and a ShawBucker humbucker. It also sports a new “deep C” neck profile and rosewood fretboard. Fender copied Lindsay Ell’s art work from Betty #1 onto the body of Betty #2.

Be sure to check out Lindsay's monthly "What the Ell" lesson column she writes for PG.
