Checked out Elixir Strings new Optiweb coated strings for electric guitars and we have to tip our hats--they feel completely familiar, natural, and playable. And while sound evaluation on the NAMM show floor had to happen through an amp simulator and headphones, they sounded true and even across the frequency spectrum, and the high end in particular. Looking forward to living with these for a bit.
