Rig Rundown: Mike Stern

Consistency is key when it comes to this jazz legend’s approach to gear. Check out how one of the most rocking jazzers gets his signature tone.

Mike Stern is a legendary musician who has worked with Miles Davis, Jaco Pastorius, Blood Sweat and Tears, Eric Johnson, Pat Metheny, and David Sanborn, not to mention hundreds of other greats. Stern did a pre-gig hang with PG’s John Bohlinger before his sold-out show at Nashville’s 3rd & Lindsley.
