The VS model offers real nitrocellulose lacquer-dipped fiber bobbins that are made in house.

Oshkosh, WI (February 13, 2014) -- Angeltone has released a new version of one of the company’s most popular boutique pickup models.

The VS is an all new Angeltone pickup for Stratocasters and clones, offering guitar players all the sound, power and tonal detail of our other fine handmade, handwound pickup models... at a much lower price.

This model offers real nitrocellulose lacquer dipped vulcanized fiber bobbins made in house, 42 gauge Formvar coil wire, Alnico V magnets, wax potting, and real 22 gauge ‘vintage style’ cloth covered hookup wire for great vintage looks as well as sound. Each new Angeltone 'VS' pickup comes with a white pickup cover.

These pickups are available individually in rhythm, middle, and lead versions as well as in sets – when ordering sets, please specify ‘original style’ (all pickups same magnetic polarity and windings) or RW/RP (humcancelling) middle pickup.

Every Angeltone pickup offers the following appointments:
