GALLERY: NAMM 2017 Day 4

We close out the 2017 NAMM show with a look at gear from DigiTech, Santa Cruz, Hamer, and more.

Although Hamer Guitars was on quite a roller coaster ride as a brand over the last few years (including going away completely there for a bit), KMCMusicorp revived six new models at this NAMM show. They aren't boutique wonders like they were under original cofounder Jol Dantzig's watch, but the mid-priced guitars looked and sounded quite good for $799 street. Available models include the Standard, Vector, Special Jr., hardtail and trem Archtops, and the Monaco (shown), all of which have true maple caps (not just veneers) on mahogany, and alnico pickups.
