The second day of Summer NAMM was filled with new gear from Peavey, Cusack Music, Yamaha, Devilcat, and more!

Peavey Electronics

Peavey Electronics MAX Series

Peavey Electronics brought a cornucopia of options for the working bassist in search of a combo. NAMM attendees got to check out the new MAX series, which includes a 1x10, 1x12, 1x15, 2x10, and the sharp and compact 2x8 version shown here. All feature angled baffles so sound is directed at the ears—not just feet—without having to tilt. Ranging from $199 up to $449, the combos also have a chromatic tuner, effects loop, and DI out.
