Mythos Pedals and R.J. Ronquillo teamed up for a three-in-one stomp that’s named after an expression Ronquillo’s mother would say in a moment of frustration. The drive is Mythos’ Herculean circuit and its flanked by dead-simple echo and boost functions. The echo is voiced for a perfect slapback, but there are internal controls to lengthen the delay time. It arrives in March for $299.

The Austin-based guitarist sticks with a tried-and-true combo of American guitars and British amps.
