Capo Royale Series

Shubb have had many requests over the years for a gold Shubb capo with a durable finish. It's common knowledge that gold plating on metal tends to wear fast and isn't the most durable. They are happy to announce the Capo Royale series of capos in two distinct finishes, gold and rose gold. These capos are finished with a PVD titanium base that looks and feels like actual gold, but will not wear down like gold.

On the eclectic instrumental band’s newest, A LA SALA, the bassist pledges to “just play what sounds good and what feels good.”

“Bass playing is like humming to me,” says Khruangbin’s Laura Lee Ochoa. “I hum to myself all the time. It’s very in-your-body. It’s also one note, it can be as melodic as I want it to be, and it’s simple. It was something that just resonated with me.”
